I’m Mariana — a Human Centered and Gestalt therapist, life coach, and teacher of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

The body doesn’t lie. It speaks in breath, posture, movement, tone, gesture, and sensation.
It remembers what the mind forgets and tells the truth when the mind cannot. We will stay with what is real and alive in the body.
The beautiful combination of yoga and conversation allows the mind to relax and open to receiving insight from the wisdom of the body. And when conversation brings a realisation, we return to the body to incorporate and embody the feelings and understanding.
The body and the mind are not separate. They need each other, and together, they bring balance and clarity.

Mindfulness
The practice of attuning to ourselves, listening, and getting to know our mind, heart, and body. This generates awareness & opens space for freedom and choice.
MBSR Programme
Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week evidence-based programme that offers mindfulness practices to assist people with symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, depression, or pain.
Yoga
The practice of direct participation in your life. Yoga is an intimate connection with your Self and this connection ensures you are living your own life; the one that wants to live through you.
