Personalized holistic sessions weaving together yoga and psychotherapy to nurture healing, balance and growth.

We listen deeply, not just to your words, but to your body. The body doesn’t lie. It speaks in breath, posture, movement, tone, gesture, and sensation. It remembers what the mind forgets and tells the truth when the mind cannot. We will combine verbal and non-verbal communication to stay with what is real and alive in the body.

These sessions are an intimate and safe space where body, emotion, and mind meet. The beautiful combination of yoga and conversation allows the mind to relax and open to receiving insight from the wisdom of the body. And when conversation brings a realisation, we return to the body to incorporate and embody the feelings and understanding.

The body and the mind are not separate. They need each other, and together, they bring balance and clarity.

In these sessions we will:

YOGA

Breath centred yoga is a practice where movement follows the breath, allowing the breath to guide the mind into the body. Through this process, body and mind relax, align, and come into presence. Yoga unites breath, body, and mind so we can inhabit ourselves fully and participate more intimately in life. From this embodied awareness, we rediscover our wholeness, learn to feel and hold our emotions, and deepen our relationships with ourselves and others.

THERAPY

Gestalt therapy is a humanistic approach that emphasizes presence, inviting awareness of what is happening here and now within ourselves and in our relationships. Rather than trying to fix or change, it supports us to recognize patterns, emotions, needs, and ways of relating through direct experience. Healing emerges through contact with the body, emotions, and one’s inner truth within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.

Everything that has ever happened to us did not happen in isolation, but in relationship. In the same way, healing does not happen alone, it unfolds in relationship.

The relationship I hope to establish with you is one of trust, presence, and genuine human connection, where we can explore what hurts, notice repeating patterns, and try things out together, so that what needs to be seen can be heard, felt, and transformed.

At the heart of it, there is a longing to feel grounded in your body and your life. A desire for clear direction. A wish to feel at home within yourself, safe and connected in your relationships. A hope for relief from the overwhelm, stress, and the weight of emotions that have had no place to land.

You may have been feeling disconnected without quite understanding why.

There may be anxiety, stress, anger, or grief. It might feel like you’re stuck, and the path forward isn’t clear.
