Welcome to a space of connection, and therefore, healing.

At the heart of it, there is a longing to feel grounded in your body and your life. A desire for clear direction. A wish to feel at home within yourself, safe and connected in your relationships. A hope for relief from the overwhelm, stress, and the weight of emotions that have had no place to land. You may have been feeling disconnected without quite understanding why. There may be anxiety, stress, anger, or grief. It might feel like you’re stuck, and the path forward isn’t clear. I want you to know that things can change, and you do not have to do it all alone. Together, we can create a space where all of you is welcome and received, a space where we pause and listen with care, allowing patterns to soften and things to move in their own rhythm.

Personalized holistic sessions weaving together yoga and psychotherapy to nurture healing, balance and growth.

We listen deeply, not just to your words, but to your body. The body doesn’t lie. It speaks in breath, posture, movement, tone, gesture, and sensation. It remembers what the mind forgets and tells the truth when the mind cannot. We will combine verbal and non-verbal communication to stay with what is real and alive in the body.

These sessions are an intimate and safe space where body, emotion, and mind meet. The beautiful combination of yoga and conversation allows the mind to relax and open to receiving insight from the wisdom of the body. And when conversation brings a realisation, we return to the body to incorporate and embody the feelings and understanding.

The body and the mind are not separate. They need each other, and together, they bring balance and clarity.

In these sessions we will:

Sessions are conducted online. Rates start at $100 (USD) per session. Conscious pricing is available to support those in less privileged circumstances. Please reach out to discuss.

Gestalt Psychotherapy

Gestalt therapy is a holistic, present-centered approach that fosters awareness, responsibility, and authentic living. It supports personal growth by transforming outdated patterns and reconnecting with one’s true needs.

Mindfulness

The practice of attuning to ourselves, listening, and getting to know our mind, heart, and body. This generates awareness & opens space for freedom and choice.

MBSR Programme

Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week evidence-based programme that offers mindfulness practices to assist people with symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, depression, or pain.
