Coaching is a self-enquiry process. It is a conversation with yourself. Your coach serves as a mirror that reflects back that which is revealing itself as important in your life through a series of exploratory questions. In this way, the reflective conversation is really a deep investigation of your Self and your life. And it is through this self-enquiry that you find your own way.

Coaching will help you tap into your inner wisdom, and to harness and leverage your personal resources to achieve your goals. Within the conversation you will strengthen your determination to take action and identify clear next steps to move forward.

What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential...”

The aim of a coaching conversation is to heighten the person’s awareness, generate insight and establish forward action in a positive and accountable way to ultimately create sustainable change.

A coaching conversation is based on positive psychology which means it facilitates goal achievement, wellbeing, and positive change in various life domains using the individual’s strengths.

Research shows that this novel approach to people’s development leads to various positive consequences for individuals (e.g., improved performance, self-efficacy, life satisfaction, self-confidence, etc.).

Positive Psychology Coaching is a scientifically-rooted approach to helping clients increase well-being, enhance and apply strengths, improve performance, and achieve valued goals.

Tunning in - What is your heart’s deepest desire?

Tune into with who you are and what you truly want out of life.

If you feel lost or know something needs to change this 10-week programme is for you.

This programme will help you discover your passion and reconnect with a sense of self, purpose and fulfilment.

You will establish new authentic and aligned goals and will design a path that leads you there.

The programme is divided into 5 modules, each of them running for a period of 2 weeks. The modules are:

  1. Yoga, mindfulness and meditation

  2. Self-love and compassion

  3. Self-awareness

  4. Goals and dreams

  5. Overcoming fears

Every module includes a 1:1 coaching session, readings, journaling exercises, tips and tricks. Some modules also include meditations and psychological tests.

Redesign - Live an authentic life

This 10-week programme is for you if you already know something about your dream or goal. You may want to polish it, but mainly, you want to start moving forwards.

The programme is divided into 5 modules, each of them running for a period of 2 weeks.

Every module includes a 1:1 coaching session, readings, journaling exercises, tips and tricks

Some modules also include meditations.

The modules are:

  1. Yoga, mindfulness and meditation

  2. Connecting with your goal

  3. Relating to fears & embodying bravery

  4. Moving forwards

  5. Continuity
