Introductory course
4- week course designed as an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation.
During this course we will touch on:
Changing patterns of anxiety, stress, self-judgment, and other unhelpful habits.
Developing skills to help interrupt reactivity patterns
Opening up space for self-knowledge and understanding.
Gaining clarity to make better decisions and improve focus and productivity
Finding more ease and peace in your day-to-day life.

What is involved?
A 1.5 hour class once a week for four weeks
Mindfulness meditation and body awareness training
An exploration of your own patterns and how to transform them
Scientific rationale for the practice
Individual support from your teacher
Access to audios for practise and a course book
