4- week course designed as an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation.

During this course we will touch on:

  • Changing patterns of anxiety, stress, self-judgment, and other unhelpful habits.

  • Developing skills to help interrupt reactivity patterns

  • Opening up space for self-knowledge and understanding.

  • Gaining clarity to make better decisions and improve focus and productivity

  • Finding more ease and peace in your day-to-day life.

What is involved?

  • A 1.5 hour class once a week for four weeks

  • Mindfulness meditation and body awareness training

  • An exploration of your own patterns and how to transform them

  • Scientific rationale for the practice
